Your personal chef
Your personal chef Classic modernity
Chef Nicola Morocutti attaches great importance to fresh, local products and healthy dishes with lots of flavour and is responsible for the physical well-being of the guests. Together with his young kitchen brigade, he spoils our guests with delicacies from regional and Italian cuisine.
Homemade patisserie
Sweet temptation
We are particularly proud of our in-house patisserie: chef Rosmary conjures up the finest cakes and desserts for Corona's guests. And while the eye feasts on the little works of art, the palate is spoiled by melt-in-the-mouth chocolate mousse, the finest cream puffs or fruity cake slices. The kitchen team also serves traditional desserts, a range of parfaits, semifreddi and soufflés.
The sweet seduction begins at breakfast and culminates in the afternoon snack. Here, not only the apple strudel is worth sinning for! The fact that the cakes and desserts are a visual and taste highlight is also thanks to the exquisite ingredients. Only natural products are used, sugar is deliberately reduced, and the many homemade jams are used for the fillings.
Our wine cellar
Historical nectar
The historic wine cellar of our hotel in the Dolomites dates back to 1505. Here the wines are stored in rooms that have remained original, where the humidity and temperature are optimal. And where there are exquisite vintages to suit every taste.
We will be happy to recommend the right wine to go with your menu. Carefully selected national labels can be found in our wine cellar. We place a special emphasis on local wines from South Tyrol. The popular white wines Gewürztraminer and Pinot Grigio are just as much a part of this as the classic red wines Vernatsch and Lagrein.
