Nordic Walking

It revitalises body and mind and is the health-oriented whole-body workout for all ages. Whether beginner or advanced, regardless of speed, weather and terrain - Nordic Walking can be practised in South Tyrol always and everywhere. Nordic walking involves the body following a particularly healthy sequence of movements. Not only the legs and the back are trained, thanks to the poles the upper body also gets moving.

Most of the hiking trails around San Vigilio are also ideally suited for Nordic walking. Our hiking guide Anna will be happy to give you tips for the right hiking and walking. Our certified vitality trainer Karin regularly offers guided Nordic Walking introductory courses. This way you can discover this sport for yourself during your hiking holiday in South Tyrol.
